A record that holds up to scrutiny
A record stays editable for 24 hours. After that it locks, and further changes are appended as amendments with their own timestamps — the original text stays visible. Every attachment is fingerprinted with SHA-256 in your browser at upload, and capture times from file metadata are preserved. Packets are Bates numbered and built to support authentication under Fed. R. Evid. 901 and 902(13)–(14).

Folioh records; it does not conclude, does not give legal advice, and does not score anyone's behavior. Work-product designations are a claim you make, not a protection this software confers.
